The re-modelling and refurbishment of the ground floor entrance vestibule including replacement of windows and entrance doors, widening structural openings and structural steel work insertions, replacement and new external stone works and repairs, new bronze external canopies, polished concrete paving/screed internally and externally, carpeting, plaster work, plasterboard ceilings and bulkheads, alterations to electrical installations and new lighting, new air handling installation, new frame less glass screens, timber doors and joinery and redecoration.
